Breeding Facility Payment Terms and Conditions

We take pre-hatching reservations on our reptiles so check out PROJECTS for what we will be breeding this season. We will record reservations in the order that we receive them, except that orders for pairs take precedence over odd number orders. Reptilians expect to produce the animals listed in the project section however nothing ever goes as planned, if for some reason we do not breed what you have ordered we will then refund you in full. Deposits left with reptilians on orders that have been produced are non-refundable if you change your mind, so please don't send money unless you are 100% sure.

Your exact place in line is held once we receive 25% deposit. You can be assured that we will not sell any reptile if it is not feeding well. Collection of reptiles will only be done once the reptile is feeding and the balance of your order is paid. Collection will take place by appointment only. Delivery of our reptiles can also be arranged right through South Africa and the client will be liable for expenses. Reptilians will provide full after sales service on your reptiles, so please feel free to contact us anytime via email or phone with any queries regarding the health and care of your reptiles. We accept cash, cash deposits, transfers and cheques. Please note that no reptile will be released until transfers and cheques are cleared.
